3 The torch is very made but is no brighter than a smaller, much cheaper, Ledlenser MT110 I'd purchased a couple of years ago. The operation of the torch is also very complex - I'm really by no means stupid (Masters level engineer) but the instructions are confusing, there are far too many options and frequently the torch just goes off when I'm trying to adjust the light levels. In 70 or so years of using a torch I have never needed a strobe, multiple frequency flashes or (fortunately) morse code. I can understand that others may use them but for my purposes the main thing I wanted was a torch that I could clearly pick out our dogs in our paddock maybe 200 meters away. Probably my error in purchase but I assumed since it cost more than the MT110 it would be brighter. If it is, I can't figure out how to make it brighter. Peter Pope
